A fine function room in the heart of Morpeth, this Grade Two listed building is an ideal venue in which to hold a private meeting, party, wedding reception of formal dinner/dance. Erected in1855 is situated close to the town centre, and being in its own grounds is set apart from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. (Pedestrian access from Dacre Street, the main entrance is on Howard Terrace.)

 Free on site floodlit car parking is available for Saturday night and Sunday functions. During the week there is adjacent on street free parking, with all-day paid parking 100m away.

The ground floor accommodation is light and spacious and a feeling of warmth is conducive to productive meetings and successful functions at any time of the year. Whether it be for business, club meetings or catered social events 
(85 covers available) we can offer you exceptional value for money with a licensed bar with down to earth 
prices: red and white wines from £7.50 per bottle.

Winton House is the Masonic Centre for Freemasonry in Morpeth, and was at one time the town house of the Davison family whose suffragette daughter Emily Wilding (Davison) was fatally injured when she attempted to attach the women's movement colours to the King’s horse during the Derby Day race in1913; Emily is buried in Saint Mary’s Churchyard here in Morpeth.
